Consumers have the right to know and understand how the licensee will work with them regarding representation or not representing them. This course will look deeply into why Alabama's RECAD law was created, how it should be practiced, and the differences between working with the consumer as a client or as a customer. The better understanding the licensee has about their role with the consumer, the better they can serve the consumer. This knowledge will enable the licensee to better serve and protect the consumer.
