Deborah Puckett

After earning her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing/Communications from Notre Dame College of Ohio, Debbie Puckett relocated from Cleveland, OH to Birmingham, AL in April of 2000 with a major industrial automation company. As a seasoned Marketing and Sales Executive with over 20 years of experience having responsibility for over $18 million in sales revenue, she launched her real estate career. She has been solving business issues for clients on a regular basis and is taking that experience and putting it to work for her in real estate. With her extensive market research, analysis and demographic experience, as well as negotiation skills, she can help clients find the perfect home that fit their specific needs.

Debbie is a member of both the Tuscaloosa Association of REALTORS® and Birmingham Association of REALTORS®, bridging the gap between the two markets to provide the best marketing opportunity for her clients. 

Debbie earned her Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, placing her among 2,300 elite real estate professionals worldwide. The CIPS designation is synonymous with advanced expertise, a global perspective, and distinct understanding of a global buyer. As a designee, Debbie can efficiently work with all international buyers, including U.S. residents looking to invest overseas, foreign buyers purchasing in the United States, as well as recent immigrants who might be unfamiliar with real estate transaction practices in the United States. Debbie received her certification, Graduate Realtor Institute of Alabama in 2015. In addition, she sits on several committees with the associations to help meet the needs of her communities. She is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Alabama Association of REALTORS®. She volunteers on a regular basis to meet various needs of her communities from painting houses, building HABITAT homes, mowing yards to helping in the schools.
